Thanks to the Stubai Valley’s ideal location, you’ll be with us in no time! The motorway exit is just 10 minutes away, and we’re only 20 minutes from Innsbruck Airport or train station.

Absolutely! The Stubaierhof offers four Type 2 charging stations and is a certified TESLA Destination Charging Partner. Guests can charge their EV for a small fee – or free of charge for Gams Club members and when booking the ECO-Gams package.

Your room will be ready from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and is available until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you arrive early, feel free to use our changing area.

In case of early departure, the agreed arrangement price will be charged.

Yes! We’ll be happy to pick you up in an eco-friendly way with our Tesla Model Y or Mercedes EQV – from Innsbruck train station or airport. In just 20 minutes, you’ll be in the Stubai Valley.

The stop for the free ski bus (every 15 minutes) is just 40 metres to the left of the hotel – Neustift Rain stop.

In summer, the free hiking bus runs regularly and takes you straight to your chosen hiking destination.

ATMs from Raiffeisenbank and Sparkasse are located right on the village square in Neustift, just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel.

The Neustift pharmacy is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For weekend and public holiday services, please ask at the reception.
