Our 'Gams' doesn’t mince words and jumps sustainably into the future with us.
Step by Step Towards Sustainability
An honest approach to nature is very close to our hearts. As a hotel that has grown over decades, we take on the challenge of sustainably and responsibly developing the Stubaierhof to lead it into a better future. Not only we and our team, but also our guests actively contribute to this.
Our Next Generation is Thinking Ahead
A new generation is running the show. Finding sustainable ways of living and farming for their own land and living in harmony with nature is much more a part of their identity and self-image these days.
The best example being our Tobias, who has launched his local delivery service BOYZ with great dedication. Neighbours and friends are being supplied with organic eggs from his own hens on the farm by bicycle. Local products and green transportation routes in Austriaʼs mountains – pretty sustainable!
Real sustainability is something we live, with heart and mind.
Our Natural Local Cuisine
In our kitchen we only use products of the highest quality from the ‘Gamsʼ habitat. We avoid convenience and ready-made products, artificial flavour enhancers and ingredients that are not available in the current season.
Eco-Friendly on the Go
'Gams' clear: we take nature seriously. But we don’t pretend to be greener than we are. Sustainability at the Stubaierhof means continuous improvement – with honesty and authenticity.
We and our guests play an important role in this journey:
