In our family-friendly textile sauna, young and old can relax together. Gentle temperatures make it perfect for first-time sauna experiences.
A classic with Tyrolean flair: At around 90°C, the Finnish Mountain Hay Sauna combines deep heat with the soothing scent of alpine hay. It stimulates circulation, boosts the immune system, and relaxes the muscles.
The fine saline mist from the ultrasonic nebuliser penetrates deep into the respiratory tract, helping with colds and supporting skincare. The soothing scent of Swiss pine lowers blood pressure and promotes deep relaxation.
At a pleasant 46°C, the aroma steam bath offers all-round well-being. The high humidity nourishes the skin, stimulates the metabolism, and gently supports detoxification – beneficial for both body and circulation.
With its gentle warmth of around 60°C and high humidity, the Tyrolean herbal room offers a mild, skin-friendly alternative to the Finnish sauna. It promotes overall health, stimulates circulation, and strengthens the immune system.
The gentle deep warmth of the infrared cabin promotes circulation and supports the supply of organs, muscles, connective tissue, and the skin. It also stimulates the metabolism, while intense sweating aids in detoxification and cleansing.
