Our modern gym is the perfect place for those who keen to stay fit on holiday. It is equipped with state-of-the-art machines for strength and cardio training, including a crosstrainer and treadmill as well as a selection of weights and a lifting bench. The gym also offers direct access to the hotel garden. Work out first, then relax in our spa!

The spa and pool area at the Stubaierhof is the ideal place to relax. We have put together an overview of the facilities on offer.
Finnish sauna: Classic Finnish sauna with a temperatue of around 90°C. Stimulates the blood circulation, strengthens the immune system and relaxes muscles.
Aroma steam room: With a temperature of around 46°C, the air in the aromatic steam room is pleasantly warm and has a high level of humidity. This humid atmosphere is good for the skin and stimulates the metabolism without placing too much of a strain on the cardiovascular system.
Pinewood salt sauna: The Ultrasonic nebulizer creates an gauzy mist of the salt solution, wich will be inhaled deep into your respiratory tracts.This is verry helpful to increase your body's immune response an has good effects on the purification of your skin.
Tyrolean herb bath: An air temperature of 60°C stimulates the circulation and strengthens the immune system. This, combined with a selection of natural herbs from mountain meadows, make the Tyrolean herb bath a more pleasant and less strenuous alternative to the classic Finnish sauna.
Infrared cabin: The infrared heat produced in this state-of-the-art cabin penetrates deep into the body's muscles and stimulates the circulation of blood to the organs, tissue and skin. The metabolism is activated and the sweat produced helps to remove toxins from the body.
Indoor pool: With a pleasantly warm water temperature of 29.5°C, our indoor pool is the perfect place to swim a few lengths and enjoy fabulous views of the Stubai Mountains. The pool features a jetstream system that allows you to swim against the current, as well as bubble and massage facilities.
