Accompanied by the friendly mascots B.BIG and Mini B children can explore the many attractions in the Mini- und Kinderland children's area next to the top station of the Gamsgarten cable car.
Highlights on the Stubai Glacier:
- BIG Family Boardercross: Thrilling downhill run with rollers, jumps and banked corners
- BIG Family Piste Groomer Rides: Every Tuesday at 14:00 (please register at least one day in advance at the kiosk by the Gamsgarten cable car station)
- BIG Family Children's Ski Camp: Qualified ski instructors will help children learn the perfect technique on the slopes
- BIG Family Kindergarten: This kindergarten at the Gamsgarten lift station offers plenty of great things to see and do for children aged 3 years and older.
- BIG Family Children's Restaurant: The Restaurant Eisgrat Serves dishes and drinks designed with the needs and preferences of children in mind.

schlick 2000 ski resort
As well as the mighty Stubai Glacier, the Stubai Valley is also home to the Schlick 2000 ski resort. Here, children will enjoy BIG Ron´s Kinderland, the special children's meals at the Bruggeralm hut and hours of fun in the indoor play area at the midway station of the Froneben cable car.
Highlights at the Schlick 2000 ski area include:
- BIG Ron´s Play Area: This spacious indoor area with heating, a sleeping room and changing facilities for babies is ideal for parents with young children. It is located next to the piste, so adults can pop out for a few runs safe in the knowledge that their children are nearby and in good hands.
- BIG Ron´s Children's Restaurant: Wiener Schnitzel or Spaghetti Bolognese? At the Bruggeralm hut they know what children love to eat. And many of the ski schools will be happy to have their instructors stay with the children during lunchtime, so parents need not hurry back from their adventures on the slopes.
